You know your vision of success. Have you shared this? Who else knows? How many people are in agreement with you? As an intuitive I see what happens to the energy of your success when you:
- Keep your vision to yourself
- Share your vision others
- Ask others to support your vision of success
Keeping it to yourself
When you keep your vision to yourself it stays within you and, therefore, never fully manifests. You are holding it back. When you are the only one who knows your vision the vibration may not be strong enough to manifest.
Your vision is a precious creation that carries with it the energy of who you are emotionally, professionally and spiritually. This is the reason so many keep it to themselves. We do this to protect our vision from invalidation, competition, judgment, etc. This is understandable but it creates limits. It takes great courage and certainty to tell others your creative idea.
Sharing your vision
When you share your vision it moves from within you to a place in the world. Others add their agreement. Now your vision is stronger, strengthened by the energy of those who are in agreement and support you. I am not speaking logically rather from what I can see intuitively – clairvoyantly.
There are considerations. It is important to share you vision but not with just anyone. Choose wisely. Choose those who you see intuitively will respect and validate your idea. This may include a family member, a friend, another business owner or professional, a supportive group, etc.
Asking for support
The next level of support is the very important circle of support. Your circle may include selected family, friends, staff, consultants (accountant, banker, webmaster, coach, etc.) and other professionals whose wisdom, knowledge and support you respect. Invite those who have expertise that could support you and your business. Consider these individuals your Circle of Support, a formal or informal group of advisors that you can call upon.
On the other side if you have others in your business or associated with your business that do not support your success their energy has the opposite effect. It diminishes the vibration of your success. Create change so all those around you are in agreement with your success.
Summary
The vibration of your success is much greater with the support and agreement of others. Notice how comfortable you are with sharing your vision and asking for help or clear council from others. On an energy level success comes when we can receive. Success is the vibration of energy bringing to us what we desire. Asking for support is the same energy. It is the act of receiving.
Take a step today. Share your vision of success and create a circle of support.

Most see success as something that will happen in the future. “I will be successful.” Or we believe that when this or that happens then “I will be successful!” We create in our mind ideas that limit our success. We get in our own way. Whatever we believe or imagine is exactly what happens thus success is always in the future or our success depends on one thing or another happening first.
As an intuitive I pay attention to how we use our energy and if we are achieving our goals. Those who are most successful are those who have the greatest ability to focus.
For the most part we have our attention in the future, our plans for today, this week, this year, our vision of success and more. Having a clear vision is a very important aspect of creating. We cannot manifest without this.
Ego was the driving force behind businesses in the last century. That is all changing as the culture of business changes. Success today comes from a more value based and socially conscious model, providing a good product or service to the benefit of customers and clients.
As business owners we work hard to create good impressions and cannot afford a bad one. We pay attention to our branding, our marketing materials, office space, physical appearance, cars and more. Image and impressions are everything!
What are gut feelings?
Yesterday I was mentoring the owner of an interior design firm. She was ready to take her business to the next level. Issues she wanted to address were the addition of new staff, new office space, implementing a new marketing plan, etc. I saw intuitively that she was smart, had clear goals and understood the importance of having a clear vision. I also saw that her business plan was ready to move forward.
I just have to tell you Susan’s story because it is so familiar and I see it so often. Susan is an amazingly capable professional working for a large national organization. In recent years she began to feel dissatisfied with her work not because there was anything wrong with it but more that she was ready for new challenges and to move closer to her next dream job.
Yes, I mean fix the door. When your business is slowing down you can look for all the logical reasons why that is. Sometimes the cause has nothing to do with your business but with another aspect of your life. From an intuitive perspective our business is not separate from us. It is part of who we are and what we are creating. Intuitively I see that every aspect of our lives, our relationships, health, home, family, etc. affects the other.
Times are a changin! We are in the tenth year of the new millennium, the millennium of the “2”. That may not mean much to you at first but from an intuitive perspective it represents a significant change that everyone is experiencing. Concepts that drove the last millennium (1 –1999), the millennium of the “1”, were the importance of being first, on top, the best, faster, bigger, more, etc. This last millennium was dominated by male concepts that brought us tremendous growth, expansion, advancement, competition and success.
One of the best times to use your intuition is when you cannot decide, the answers you are looking for are not obvious or your find yourself successfully defending both sides of your own argument! You have been thinking, discussing it with others and still you cannot tell the right way to go or which decision to make. This is the time to stop thinking! Sometimes logic cannot provide our answers either because we are not neutral to the issue, our own thoughts and emotions cloud our thinking. Sometimes we cannot decide because of the pressures from other people or competing interests.
Do you find your time taken with responding to one thing after another? Do you feel that stuff keeps happening to you and you wonder what is next? Who is creating all of this? Successful business owners and professionals know this well.
When I was growing up I loved the idea of a miracle. My favorite saying was, “Its a miracle!” I sought out opportunities to find a miracle big or small. Now I don’t subscribe to the idea very much. So what happened between then and now? I learned that those so-called miracles were actually created by us. A miracle used to be a magical idea because I believed that something outside of all of us created it – something God like. Well I have no argument with God but I am fully aware that we have the free will to create or not create at our choosing.
We have all heard about the power of visualization. This is not a new concept and can be a speedy way to achieve the goals you have for yourself and for your company. As a business intuitive I am aware that my most successful clients are those who have a strong vision of what they want to create. They are clear and certain. I have other clients that have an equally clear vision though they are not as successful. There are many factors I see intuitively that contribute to this but there is one that is true of all of them.
You know the feeling. You decide to take a big step or take a risk in order to move forward. You have a clear vision. Intuitively you know it is the best step. You make the decision. All of a sudden you break into a cold sweat and a world of doubt washes over you. Were you wrong? Was your decision too impulsive? Why do you feel like you just made a big mistake?
It may seem like a strange concept but trust me it works. Successful business owners have a balance between their body, mind and spirit. It works something like this. One aspect of a business owner is as a visionary with a creative idea and the undeniable urge to see this vision manifested. This brings out the the organizer side of the business owner. The organizer side takes this vision, adds color, texture, and has a passion to make it a reality. The organizer grounds our business in a physical reality. The organizer, or our analytical side, creates the structure for our vision. Finally, there is the do-er side of us. This is the side of the business owner that knows how to provide the product or service of our business.
The recent Monday Meditation was very enlightening. We focused on enjoying our business and enjoying our life. What is not to like about this? Everyone was excited by the possibilities. In reality meditating with this in mind was not as easy as everyone imagined.
